Mobishop allows product returns under the following conditions:

In which cases is it possible to return goods

The return, i.e. the return of the goods to the supplier company Mobishop, is an operation that can be carried out in the following cases:

Return of defective goods

If the delivered product has defects that affect its functionality or value, the customer has the right to request repair or, alternatively, replacement.
This must be done within 8 days of receiving the product, by promptly contacting Mobishop through the official email address or WhatsApp number indicated on our website.

After contacting us, we will provide an RMA form, which must be completed in all its parts.
After this period, the goods will be considered accepted, free from defects or faults, and suitable for use.


Return of goods due to supply error

A return is possible when there is a clear supply error, such as:

  • A product different from the one ordered

  • Incorrect color or model

In this case, a Customer Complaint will be opened. Mobishop will send the correct product and arrange the collection of the incorrect item.

This procedure must be initiated within 8 days of receiving the goods.
After this period, the goods will be considered accepted.

⚠️ Attention:
Supply errors refer exclusively to mistakes made by Mobishop. This does not include cases where the customer has entered an incorrect product code or selected the wrong item during ordering.


Return of goods for commercial policy

Mobishop allows the return of goods within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Products must not have been used, modified, or customized

  • Original packaging must be intact and free from wear, abrasions, or scratches

This procedure may take a few days, as it is necessary to wait for the outcome of the Production Test Report, which determines the condition of the returned product.
