We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However:

  • Minor variations in packaging, color tone, or design may occur.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product code, model, and color before completing the order.

Mobishop is not responsible for mistakes made during product selection by the customer.

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated during checkout.

  • Payment must be completed before order processing.

  • We accept secure payment methods shown at checkout.

Mobishop reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applied will always be the one confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated on the website.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

  • Mobishop is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery and report visible damage immediately.

6. Returns

Returns are regulated under our Return & Refund Policy (see dedicated page).

All returns require prior authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty under Italian and EU consumer law.

The warranty does not cover:
